When words fall short...
The Ajna Light is a device to help the receiver to easily and rapidly get into a relaxed, meditative state through brainwave entrainment using very powerful light. The light sequences take you through a series of brainwave states to open up and activate the pineal gland. This type of Light Self Therapy (LST) causes the pineal gland to produce DMT, providing intense meditative visionary experiences.

Pattern: Schumann1 Mmmmm, so colorful... Feeling blissful. At one point, out of the blue (hah!), I say "water" out loud. Two seconds later a new song starts off with water sounds. I laugh out loud and feel connected. Thought: I'd like to hear Native American music with lyrics in Quechua while on the Light. holding a (Lemurian?) crystal I feel k.o., completamente knocked out. Despite of not feeling tired before going on the Light, I fell asleep after only a few minutes in the session. When I opened my eyes I even wondered if I had hit the Play button or not. I could hardly move. I fell asleep again and had really vivid dreams (what usually happens when I'm sleeping with my crystal friend). I woke up a few hours later and dragged my body to my actual bed where I continued having vivid and revealing dreams until I woke up all energized in the morning. Full moon action. ♥ 25 minutes
Schumann1 relax, aware (I got my period today, after yesterday's "womb clearing")

Evening session
Full Moon 25 minutes Pattern: SchumannShort1 moderate, relax, aware After my afternoon session, I spent the day in bed feeling very heavy and tired. Today is also day 1 of my bentonite & psyllium husk cleanse.
Afternoon session During a meditation I was told to go under the Light again, this time holding labradorite. So I did a very short 10 minute session holding a labradorite in my left hand.
Afternoon session
Full Moon. Day 1 of my Bentonite clay & Psyllium husk cleanse (so no solid food intake) This afternoon session was preceded by half an hour of shamanic drumming and singing that started spontaneously. I was home alone. 20 minutes Pattern: Schumann1
The fetus showing up might have to do with Gritta and her preborn baby Ruby. They had previously been on the Light and Guy was at their home to help with the labour right at the time I was undergoing this session. Keyword: womb clearing 25 minutes Pattern: Schumann2 meditative
Three times during the session I have the feeling of having to burp. Twice I thought "I have enough of this", followed by thinking it is all a test and I have to just get passed that feeling of wanting to step out. This session was a very heavy one. Keyword for today: heaviness 25 minutes Pattern: meditative
As I have a strong connection with the energy of Hathor, the song that came on next, "Shamanic Hathor Heart Chakra", made me go really deep. I went into a dream state which led to the following:
Later that night I did some research about the symbolism of animals and "randomly" came across information that I resonated with. Regarding the bird turning into a snake: "Fights in ancient mythologies between bird people or eagle people and snake people usually refer to the fights between the Lyrans and Pleiadians on the one hand (the bird or eagle people) and the Sirians (or snake people)." Also tonight, on my way to bed after the Light session I looked up at the sky and saw a very bright star. Wondering which one it was, I took my tablet out and opened up Google Sky Maps. It turned out to be Vega. A few minutes later I read online that humanoid Sirians stem from Vega. Keyword: pyramids 20 minutes
Pattern: Visions Softer patterns. Female energy (unlike yesterday. Very male)
Bodily sensations: very subtle movements in knees and arms. Later that day, a dragonfly guided me all the way to the Moringa trees in the garden. Keywords: softness, pyramid galore 15 minutes
Pattern: Meditative Visions/images that came up:
While triangles were very present during yesterday's session, today I saw a lot of squares. I was also more aware about sensations in my body. At one point my left arm was moving up and down. I feel that what I had been feeling for the past few years got confirmed, namely that Ra is one of my guides. Ra, in Egyptian mythology, is the name of Supreme Deity. He created Heaven (Nut) and Earth (Geb). He's the son of Ptah, brother of Toth and (grand)father of Seth, Nephtys, Isis and Osiris. Ra means God of the Sun. The name is thought to have meant "creative power" or "creator". He's identified with Horus, also called the Hawk or Falcon God. Ra is represented as either a hawk-headed man or as a hawk. Ra is said to be the great great grandfather to Horus. The Ra lineage emanates from the star system of Sirius. The Ra emanation is that of the receptive, the dream, the intuition, feelings and love. Keywords: male, guide For as long as I can remember I've been wanting to ride a motorbike. I had never driven one before coming to Thailand in September 2013 and oh boy, have I been enjoying it!
I got to know the busy ring road around Chiang Mai a few months back, sitting on the back of an oversized macho fake Harley Davidson kind of motorbike when I came all the way down (exactly 762 curves later...) from the hippie mountain village Pai with my Canadian friend Keefer. I must've held my breath for half of the ride and was squishing his ribs holding on to him tightly. This time it is my turn to show off my skills as a driver. After biking in and around Pai for about 4 months (sometimes with even 2 people on the back while heavily loaded with kilos of fruits and vegetables), I must say I can manage the motorbike pretty darn well. Women on a mission With our gas tanks freshly filled and our sparkly scarves on the head, we're all set to ride out to a healing center called LannaYoga. Driving on the busy Chiang Mai highway was a piece of cake. Malina, my beautiful friend and I are floating through traffic, guided and protected in our powerful golden shakti bubble. She is leading the way as she has visited the healing center before. What an amazing driver she is. If I would have to count all of the curves she has defied on her way to Pai and back to Chiang Mai and back to Pai and back to Chiang Mai, exposed to extremely wet weather conditions and earthquakes... Ofcourse at one point us fruit bats pull over to buy the mandatory fruit one brings when invited to someone's home. Mandatory, especially when you have invited yourselves over. We happily zigzag on and I do my best to remember reference points as I already sense that this first visit to the center will not be my last... My feeling gets confirmed rapidly. As we take a left turn exiting the highway, I am overwhelmed with emotion and tears start rolling down my cheeks. All of the surroundings and myself go in slow motion mode. I am aware of the sun rays on my skin, the vibrancy of nature, the smells, the sounds... My whole being relaxes soaking in all this tranquillity. I feel like I've just entered a golden dome. Every villager I pass smiles at me. Real genuine smiles from soul to soul. I spot Malina in the distance and a few minutes later, we're going down the LannaYoga driveway. The trees are greeting me as we get closer to the front door. I am home. I will call the main building the "temple". Malina had been here twice before and wanted me to meet the magic man of Lanna Yoga. She briefly mentioned having had a sound healing session while lying under a light. I got to understand better what that light was all about when checking out the videos on the website ajnalight.com the night before. So, as the Universe guided me to this new little vortex, I moved into the temple just a few days later. Sleeping in between the crystals was enough buzz for me the first few days. People would come and go to have a session under the Light. I was closely observing like a curious kid, intrigued by the changes in the visitors' eyes and the peace radiating from them after their session. I enjoyed their feedback so much and felt my first adventure with the Light coming closer. Let the journalling begin. |
